Formerly known as a Full Structural Survey, a Building Survey is now classified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a Survey Level 3.
This consists of a thorough inspection of the property, followed by the production of a detailed report, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the property construction and condition.
Each element of the building fabric will be appraised including an overview of the building services.
A Survey Level 3 is most widely utilised for acquisition purposes, however, it can also be commissioned by vendors to accelerate the sale process.
Our Building Surveys do not usually include a property Valuation, or, Reinstatement Cost Assessment, however, we are happy to tailor the report to suit your bespoke requirements.
