We received instructions to produce a Planned Maintenance Report (PMR) for the school. The PMR consisted of a detailed appraisal of routine and preventative maintenance works to the buildings and services with associated budget costs for a period of ten years.

 

This PMR has enabled the school to proactively maintain, manage and improve their property, negating any unexpected and costly reactive repair works.
